Decide to be a happy person.
Practice Attitude of Gratitude.
Thank people who assist you, encourage you, teach you, and open doors for you.
Take Time.
Eat whenever you are hungry, nap when you need it.
Laugh everyday, hear a joke, tell a joke.. laugh.
Express affection, appreciation, friendship, warmth to those around you, and they will almost respond in the most amazing ways.
Be generous- it pays great dividends.
Work hard. There is tremendous satisfaction in being competent and joy in completing a tasks.
One of the greatest source of happiness is to do work that is worthy of you and to do it well.
Learn something new everyday.
You must be growing, expanding, learning and challenging yourself.
Use your body as it was designed: walk, run, stretch, throw things, lift, DANCE- avoid toxins.
Its better to stay out of trouble then to get out of trouble.
Accept who you are. If you only see what's missing, you loose out on "loving" what's great about you.
Ask for help when you need it. Ask for support when you need it, let others contribute to your life.
Do something that will make you go forward.
Accept and face Reality.
Read something inspirational.
Maintain a positive mental outlook.
Live life open handed, open heart-ed, and open minded.
Compliment people everyday.
Be tough minded, but tender heart-ed.
